Technical Sales Engineer (m/f)

Secomba GmbH is a successful startup located in Augsburg, Germany. We are specialized in developing innovative cloud security software. In 2014 we won the German Gründerpreis in the category startup. With our products Boxcryptor and Whisply we enable people to use cloud storage in a secure way.


  • Proactively build and manage customer relationships
  • Effectively answer any sales and technical questions for key customers
  • Persuasively present and demonstrate our products and implement technical trainings for key customers
  • Provide advice, consultation and trouble shooting service
  • Close collaboration with our R&D department


  • Experience with cloud storage & IT security 
  • 3+ years sales and/or technical experience 
  • Experience in implementing and explaining IT solutions
  • Excellent English and German communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to foster active relationships with key prospects and clients
