Sales Manager (m/f) -Enterprise Sales

Secomba GmbH is a successful startup located in Augsburg, Germany. We are specialized in developing innovative cloud security software. In 2014 we won the German Gründerpreis in the category startup. With our products Boxcryptor and Whisply we enable people to use cloud storage in a secure way.


  • Identify and qualify new enterprise prospects
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
  • Demonstrate an advabced understanding of our market and technology 
  • Provide advise and consultation for new and existing enterprise customers and investigate lost sales
  • Work closely with our marketing and R&D teams to improve our products and strategies


  • Proven ability to build a significant pipiline to meet or exceed quarterly requirements
  • 5+ years sales experience - preferably in enterprise sales
  • Extensive understanding and experience with IT security technologies 
  • Excellent English and German communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to foster active relationships with key prospects and clients
