Customer Success Manager (m/f)

Secomba GmbH is a successful startup located in Augsburg, Germany. We are specialized in developing innovative cloud security software. In 2014 we won the German Gründerpreis in the category startup. With our products Boxcryptor and Whisply we enable people to use cloud storage in a secure way.


  • Proactively build customer relationships
  • Track customer activity to identify churn risk and work proactively with key accounts to eliminate that risk while identifying upsell opportunities
  • Partner with our key acounts focusing on implementation of our solutions to drive overall customer adoption and sucess
  • Provide advice using our best practices and product knowlegde
  • Close collaboration with our sales and R&D departments


  • Experience with cloud storage & IT security &SaaS industry
  • 4+ years experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Strong analytical skills and a quick learner 
  • Excellent English and German communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to foster active relationships with key prospects and clients
